Dreams do come true at Three Mermaids Beach House in Park Corner, Prince Edward Island. Overlooking Cousins Shore Beach on the Islands iconic North Shore with it’s red cliffs and white sand, this 5 bedroom (4 bedrooms + bunkie), 3.5 bathroom beach house fulfills the dream of waking up already at the beach every day.

Park Corner is a great home base for all your Island adventures. Cavendish and Kensington are only 15 minutes away, Summerside 25 minutes and Chartlottetown 50 minutes. And you can walk and walk along the shore from beach to beach all the way to Twin Shores, but save enough energy for the return!

In addition to being just steps from the red cliffs and white sands of the beach, Three Mermaids is air conditioned for your comfort and has been thoughtfully designed inside and out to meet the needs of multiple families and groups of friends on a beach vacation together.

The open concept multi-story main living space is the heart of what makes this cottage a special place to reconnect with family and friends. The layout of the space gives all the chance to be part of the conversation while the views out the wall of windows to the ocean provide a sense of wonder and calm during quiet moments.

The recently renovated kitchen features a large butcher block island that overhangs the cabinets providing comfortable seating on two stools. This area is great for multiple people to help prep for meals. New modern quality appliances, gorgeous bright cabinets and a sink with a view make cooking and mealtimes happy times for all. The cottage also features an outdoor propane seafood cooker with large lobster pot to make quick work of steaming lobsters or mussels.

The beach house can sleep 11 people. It has 5 bedrooms (including the bunk house) and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor primary suite has a king size bed with doors to the deck featuring comfortable outdoor furniture in a semi-private deck space and an newly renovated ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has bunk beds plus an additional twin bed. There is also a main floor bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a upstairs bathroom with a shower. The bunkie has one double bed and the aforementioned half bathroom. For younger guests there is also a children's travel crib and high chair provided.

After dinner, head out to relax on the specious outdoor furnished deck, play some outdoor games (provided) or perhaps instead get comfortable and lounge in the 3 season room (newly renovated) where beautiful views are aplenty. As dusk approaches its time to get the camp fire started for ghost stories, stores and to recap the days events or just listen to the crackling fire and the waves at the beach.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of your rental period and receive a refund less 5%.
- Cancel less than 30 days prior - no refunds except if the cancellation is required because of travel restrictions imposed due to COVID. If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed due to COVID then we will refund the amount paid less 5%.

Deposit Policy

The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, this signed agreement and a 50% Initial Deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.

Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $70 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
