This beautiful custom built beach house is a favourite that just keeps getting better! Two new Kayaks are on-site and ready for guest use beginning in 2022! A spacious living space has spectacular oceanfront views and sunset vistas in the private cottage community called The Hebrides. Stainless steel appliances, full sized laundry, whisper quiet Bosch dishwasher and beautiful modern fixtures compliment beautiful and comfortable dining and living area furniture furniture. Skyeview Beach House is in the heart of PEI's spectacular Green Gables Shore and is just minutes from Stanley Bridge, Cavendish, New Glasgow and about 20 minutes to Kensington.
This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom waterfront property sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level (one with a queen size bed and the second with two singles) along with a bathroom with a low threshold step-in shower with seat. The upper level has 2 more bedrooms (one queen bed and one full size bed) and a full bathroom with a tub / shower combination. The upper level also has an open sitting area leading to the private sunset deck and connected to the gorgeous mezzanine overlooking the great room with awesome views through the 2 story wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows facing the water. It is so beautiful and peaceful.
We haven't forgotten modern day conveniences either - 3 flat screen TVs, Satellite TV and WIFI will keep everyone entertained and connected when you are not out and about exploring our beautiful Island.
Beyond the conveniences of home, there is lots of room for the kids to play, safely ride their bikes in the community, explore the shoreline and roast marshmallows over a campfire in the backyard fire pit. The large deck is accessible from the living area and two bedrooms. There is plenty of space for outdoor dining and comfortable lounging while looking out to the ocean. Or hop in the car for a day at our famous Cavendish Beach, just a 5 minute drive.
The Hebrides community also includes many great amenities that the average PEI cottage experience doesn’t offer. You will have access to the community centre with heated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, mini-putt and pool tables. There is even a short par 3, 9 hole golf course. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool typically opens for the season on the last weekend in June - but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of your rental period and receive a refund less 5%.
- Cancel less than 30 days prior - no refunds except if the cancellation is required because of travel restrictions imposed due to COVID. If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed due to COVID then we will refund the amount paid less 5%.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, this signed agreement and a 50% Initial Deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $70 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
