Welcome to Seaview Beach Cottage, a cozy Island retreat with stunning ocean views in the charming Sea View community on PEI’s North Shore. Just 200 feet from the community stairs to one of the best beaches, this custom-built cottage offers easy beach access.
Inside, enjoy an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides. The pine kitchen features an island snack bar and overlooks the dining and living spaces. The main floor has two bedrooms—one with two singles and another with a twin-over-double bunk—and a family bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a queen bed, private balcony, and ensuite with a step-in shower.
Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, propane BBQ, electric fireplace, WiFi, two satellite TVs, DVD player with movies, books, and games like Wii and Guitar Hero. Outside, kids can play on the swing set in the large yard while you relax on the wrap-around deck.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period (less Cancellation Fee).
- No refunds if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, electronically signed rental agreement and a 50% Initial deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

Superb location. Series of 7-8 cottages a top a cliff, with access to beach reserved for cottages. Beach is 1+KM long, private, and stunning. Cottage is as in the pictures. Open spacious with great natural lighting. Kitchcen is fully stocked with what you need to cook or bake. We would gladly return to the property, anytime!
