Welcome to Red Leaf Beach House—a fully restored century home perched above the Northumberland Strait with private red sand beach access and breathtaking ocean views. After a day on the sand rinse off under the sun in the outdoor shower. Relax on the spacious south-facing deck, watch seals in the surf, and enjoy peaceful beach walks right from your door.
Inside, the main floor features a cozy living room with wood stove, a second sitting room with ocean views, and a charming red-and-white kitchen with exposed brick, rustic beams, and a large island. The dining area invites meals, games, and family time. A full bathroom with laundry is also on this level.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—one queen with a view, one full, and one with two twins—plus a half bath. Outside, enjoy the large yard, second deck, and space to unwind.
Just 15 minutes from the Confederation Bridge, Red Leaf is close to Victoria-By-The-Sea, Chelton Beach, and top Island attractions. End each day with stunning sunsets and total relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period (less Cancellation Fee).
- No refunds if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, electronically signed rental agreement and a 50% Initial deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is historic, beautifully set up and decorated, spectacular views. We had two boys age 4 and 1 and were comfortable there. Excellent breezes through the windows and there were also fans. Lots of towels. Soap, laundry supplies, spices, coffee filters, etc. Bring your own shampoo. Games, movies, books. Had an issue with the wifi but it was resolved within a day. Living room furniture covers were not white when we there and we were relived because of our young kids! Very short drive to Chelton. The renovations at this house are just beautiful and the view stunning. Really enjoyed exploring the beach at low tide (access is just two doors down). It is by far the beat place we’ve stayed at on the island! We would come back in a heartbeat and miss it already.
