Situated in West Covehead, the MacMillan Point Homestead is a nineteenth century home that was totally restored and updated in 2008. The house and farm were both originally owned by the MacMillan family. The property includes 4 acres of land with a beautiful forested area of hardwood trees, a Red Barn, and a Paddock area. This home is beautiful inside and out with gorgeous views from all areas of the property. This is the quintessential island home, offering you a peaceful country retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This is a prime location, close While being just a several minute drive to the Dunes Studio Gallery, Brackley Beach, Stan Hope , Dalvay by the Sea, the airport or Charlottetown. Relax on the front porch, which has a view of the water or enjoy the backyard and deck with scenic views of the surrounding countryside. The property experiences a beautiful breeze that eases the heat of summer, both indoors and out.

- Cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of your rental period and receive a refund less 5%.
- Cancel less than 30 days prior - no refunds except if the cancellation is required because of travel restrictions imposed due to COVID. If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed due to COVID then we will refund the amount paid less 5%.
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, this signed agreement and a 50% Initial Deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
