This spacious home offers stunning views of island birds and occasional visits from friendly foxes, all on 12 private acres with a duck pond and campfire area. Lookout from the large wrap-around porch, relax in the 6 person outdoor hot tub and enjoy peace and tranquility.
Each room is beautifully decorated in rustic farmhouse style, featuring luxurious linens, fluffy robes, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs. Every room has its own private ensuite with a three-piece bath, glass shower, and island-made soap.
The Meadow Suite has a queen bed for two guests, while the Millstone Suite also offers a queen bed. Both suites include private three-piece glass-enclosed showers. The Millstone Suite can accommodate up to three guests with an additional cot in the room. The Bird's Eye Family Suite, with three rooms and a private bath, accommodates up to five guests with a queen bed, double bed, and single bed. Its ensuite features a deep soaker tub, glass shower, and double vanity.
An extra guest can stay in the upper lounge area. As well as two additional guests can stay in the living area in the double pull-out sofa bed. In total, 13 guests can sleep comfortably in the house.
The kitchen is perfect for Island inspired culinary adventures. A separate family and dining room provides ample eating and relaxation space, adorned with fine antiques.
Enjoy entertainment options including Starlink WiFi (the best high-speed option on the island), Google Misdni, Netflix, Disney, Xbox for two, a karaoke machine, DVDs, books, and more. Board games and cards are also available.
Outdoors, enjoy games like bocce ball, badminton, volleyball, and lawn darts, among others.
The back deck features a propane BBQ, a bistro table, and ample seating in a forested setting.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of your rental period and receive a refund less 5%.
- Cancel less than 30 days prior - no refunds except if the cancellation is required because of travel restrictions imposed due to COVID. If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed due to COVID then we will refund the amount paid less 5%.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, this signed agreement and a 50% Initial Deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $70 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
