Expansive views across the fields to the ocean at Cousins Shore Beach highlight this beautiful custom built 3 bedroom plus den vacation home. A 2 minute drive to Cousins Shore Beach where miles of sandy beach provide lots of room for lounging and play for the whole family.
The main entry opens into the great room with open space containing the vaulted ceiling living room with floor to ceiling windows a huge circular chandelier and a great mantle with electric fireplace and smart tv. Custom kitchen with propane range, dishwasher, fridge and drip coffee maker and dining area with live edge wood dining table complete the great room. Sliding doors open onto the large deck with dinging table and bbq. Also on the main level, the primary bedroom with king bed, smart tv features a huge ensuite containing a freestanding soaker tub with roman shower, a glass surround shower, double sink vanity and custom clothes storage area. Down the hall there is a full bath and a queen bedroom with smart tv. The main level laundry facilities are stocked with all the supplies you require during your stay and Starlink wifi throughout the house keeps everyone connected
The lower level features the third bedroom with a king bed and down the hall there is another bath with step in shower and the den which has a double bed. A large bonus room provides a secondary living space with smart tv and a comfortable sofa and chairs and sliding doors out to the ground level slate patio. The lower level access to the garage has beach chairs and a beach buggy to help get all your gear to your perfect spot at the beach.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period (less Cancellation Fee).
- No refunds if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.

Deposit Policy

The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, electronically signed rental agreement and a 50% Initial deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.

Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
