Duneview Cottage Retreat is a perfect summer getaway designed for relaxation and comfort. It features three bedrooms: two with queen beds—the master opening onto the deck with stunning water views—and a newer third bedroom with a double bed plus single bunk beds, sleeping four and offering an ensuite with a stand-up shower. The main bathroom includes a separate tub and glass shower with a stylish vanity. Linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided.
The open-plan living area blends the living room, dining space, and kitchen with grey cabinetry, white walls, and vibrant red accents. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal needs, with a modern wooden dining table and a peninsula with stools for casual dining or planning your day. You can also cook outdoors on the gas grill while enjoying ocean views. Appliances include stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and the outdoor BBQ. The living room has a sofa bed for two guests, a Roku TV, high-speed WiFi, propane fireplace, and breathtaking views across the water to Cavendish.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period (less Cancellation Fee).
- No refunds if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, electronically signed rental agreement and a 50% Initial deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
