Inside, the open-concept main level features a bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen area designed to bring your group together, all centered around those gorgeous river views. Step out onto the wrap-around deck with plenty of seating, a fire pit, and stairs leading down to the beach. The main floor also includes a powder room and a large master suite with a king bed, ensuite, walk-in closet, and water views. You’ll also find a full bath with a stand-up shower and a convenient laundry area near the garage—perfect after a beach day or Island adventures. Upstairs, a cozy loft bedroom with a king bed overlooks the main living space.
The lower level walkout opens to the backyard and features a spacious rec room with a sectional sofa, smart TV, and board games. Two bedrooms on this floor—one with a queen bed and another with a queen plus a double Murphy bed—offer plenty of sleeping space. A full bath with lovely river views rounds out this level.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period (less Cancellation Fee).
- No refunds if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, electronically signed rental agreement and a 50% Initial deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $60 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

Stayed with family and everyone absolutely loved the house and location. House was stocked with everything needed and more. Stairway to water was impressive and large lot for recreation. House was brand new and we were almost afraid to touch anything. Absolutely beautiful throughout….zero complaints. Would highly recommend.
House was excellent, outdoor area was so nice with lots to do for adults and children. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!!
