Atlantic Blue is a beautiful, custom-built summer home located on the north shore of PEI, the Island’s number one hot spot. This well-appointed home sleeps 10, boasts space and comfort with its quality furnishings, yet maintains a beachy and casual feel. If you're dreaming of a relaxing Island vacation and are looking to enjoy nearby beaches, seafood, and golfing, then look no further.
Stroll down to the private sandy beach just a two-minute walk. Access for this part of Penderosa beach – one of the finest on the Island – is exclusively available to the handful of properties in this cottage community. At the end of the beach day rinse off in the completely enclosed outdoor shower before heading in to share quality time with family and friends in the stunning, open-concept kitchen/dining/living room areas on the main floor. After dinner head through the French doors off the kitchen into the outdoor screened-in living area; with soft, comfortable furnishings it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible summer evenings with a game of cards or an evening cocktail. Finally, after sunset-gazing on the deck, gather everyone around the custom fire pit for a campfire and roasted marshmallows.
The first of four bedrooms is located on the main level and has a single bed with a single size trundle (Drawer under single bed pulls out to reveal the platform of a second single bed! Just add the mattress and coverings.). A half bathroom with full laundry completes the main level.
Three additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, its own spacious private balcony with glass panel railing overlooking the water, an ensuite bathroom with a step in 4-foot shower and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed with another splendid view of the water. The third bedroom has a double with single bunkbed with a single size trundle that pulls out from under the double to sleep 4. There’s also additional space in this room for children to enjoy television or gaming. The spacious, full bathroom on this second level provides double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Only minutes away is Malpeque Bay, world-renowned for their delicious oysters. Or Basin View Seafood for those who love to cook fresh “fruits de la mer”. Cabot Beach Provincial Park offers fun activities for the whole family. Malpeque Bay Sea Kayak Tours caters to water adventurers, while the golfer in you will love Darnley Green golf course. A short drive (20 minutes) along the scenic Green Gables Shore brings you to the well-known Cavendish tourist area.
The cottage is complete with a well equipped gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and quartz counter-tops. Other features include high speed internet, satellite, BBQ, full size washer and dryer, towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 30 days or more prior to the start of your rental period and receive a refund less 5%.
- Cancel less than 30 days prior - no refunds except if the cancellation is required because of travel restrictions imposed due to COVID. If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed due to COVID then we will refund the amount paid less 5%.
Deposit Policy
The Tenant must provide a valid credit card, this signed agreement and a 50% Initial Deposit to the Landlord to confirm booking.
Final payment is charged 30 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period and includes a $70 Accidental Damage Protection Fee, which will cover the cost or remedying of any damage deemed accidental to a maximum amount of $1,000 in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

This home was the perfect site from which to explore PEI. We all enjoyed walking on the beautiful private beach which was only a five minute walk. The Adirondack chairs on the decks were sturdy and comfortable. Reading on the screened porch was great rain or shine. The openness and spaciously designed living area was perfectly appointed with casual and functional decor. The kitchen was well stocked with anything one would need including a wine fridge . Large and numerous windows allowed for ample sunlight. The sound and sight of the ocean makes this cottage a gem.
Incredible location, spotless and spacious house, really the ideal way to see PEI
Our week in PEI was one of the best vacations we've had in a long time, and this property played a big role. With more than enough space for our two young families to spread out and enjoy themselves, the house served as the perfect home base from which to explore the island. We ate fresh oysters, fresh lobsters and fresh scallops every single day, usually from home, prepared in the clean and very well-appointed kitchen. The screened porch was a lovely place to read first thing in the morning, and to enjoy a drink or three after the kids were in bed. All the big attractions of PEI were within a 45-minute drive from the place, but we were nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. And when we didn't feel like hopping in the car, we just wandered down to the epic and very private white sand beach at the end of the lane (a 4-minute walk), over the top of the picturesque sand dunes, where we made sand castles, sunbathed and just generally chilled out for hours at a time. The house is basically brand new, almost untouched, and very thoughtfully laid out. Tons of windows, natural light, and ocean breeze. And there's even satellite TV when the kids get restless. On that note: the TV was having a bit of trouble pulling US stations (World Cup!), and I sent an email to the property manager to see if I was missing something, and they emailed back with advice in about three minutes. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention, and we didn't miss any of the goals 😉 Truly a wonderful place and a wonderful stay. You won't regret booking this spot.
Lovely property everything including the wonderful beach just like the photos. Delicious restaurants close by. Very central location
